1. Players must attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled sessions per month to maintain active membership.
2. Players must arrive 15 minutes before each session wearing the official Al Ahly SC UAE kit.
3. Disrespectful behaviour towards coaches, staff, or fellow players will result in immediate suspension.
4. Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted on the pitch during training.
5. Players must have valid medical clearance from a certified physician before participating.
1. Guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and collection of their child.
2. Guardians must notify the academy office at least 24 hours in advance of any absence.
3. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed on the registration form.
4. The academy reserves the right to photograph players for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted.
1. Registration fees are non-refundable once the player has attended the first session.
2. Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month with a 7-day grace period.
3. Kit and equipment fees are separate and non-refundable. Sibling discounts available.
1. The academy holds valid liability insurance covering on-pitch activities.
2. In case of injury, first aid will be administered on site and parents notified immediately.
3. Players are not permitted to train if ill.
1. By registering, the guardian confirms all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. The academy reserves the right to terminate membership with 14 days' written notice.
3. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes resolved through UAE courts.
All data is encrypted and stored securely. Al Ahly SC UAE complies with UAE data protection law.
1. Each child is entitled to one (1) complimentary trial session only.
2. The trial session must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
3. Players must arrive 15 minutes before the session wearing appropriate sportswear.
4. The academy provides training equipment; players are not required to bring their own kit.
1. By submitting this form, the guardian confirms the child is in good health and fit to participate.
2. Any known medical conditions, allergies, or injuries must be communicated to the coach before the session.
3. The academy administers basic first aid; parents/guardians must be reachable during the session.
1. Trial participation does not guarantee a place in the academy; enrolment is subject to availability.
2. The academy reserves the right to modify or cancel the trial session with 24 hours' notice.
3. No fees are charged for the trial session; subsequent sessions require full registration and payment.
4. Personal data is used solely for academy purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
